Flash

i imported all my images in flash into movie clips. i then inserted two arrows on the main stage and applied action script for the user to be able to click on the arrows to navigate around the room.
i then imported both models separately into movie clips. in the lab i then applied invisible buttons with instance names on both models i then applied action script for these buttons so when they are clicked on, the scene would change to the separate models.
